GOM Cam

My license was deactivated when I restarted the program.

The following are common causes of the license activation window appearing again when you've restarted the program after activating your license.
 
Commonly, your license gets deactivated

① If you sign out or cancel authentication by clicking the Product Registeration Information button in the top bar area.
② If any of the system and network information has changed.
③ If the network is offline.
 
If your license keeps getting deactivated itself, it might be a system issue. In that case, please contact our customer service.
